FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Wall Street Executive Brings Contemporary Nigerian Fine Jewelry to the Hamptons

ORIMI debuts at the 2026 Hamptons Jewelry Show with sculptural fine jewelry inspired by Yoruba philosophy.

Southampton, NY — July, 23rd 2026 — This summer, ORIMI, the New York fine jewelry house founded by former Wall Street executive Ade Eke, will make its Hamptons debut at the Hamptons Jewelry Show, taking place July 23–26 at the Southampton Fairgrounds. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience collections that blend contemporary design with the cultural depth of Yoruba philosophy through pieces crafted in recycled 18k gold and precious gemstones.

Founded by Nigerian-born Ade Eke, ORIMI was created from a belief that jewelry can become more than adornment. Each piece is designed as an object of presence, carrying stories of identity, transformation, wisdom, abundance, and purpose. The brand draws inspiration from the Yoruba concept of Orí, the idea that one's inner essence shapes life's path.

"I wanted to create jewelry that women could grow into, not grow out of," said Ade Eke, Founder and Creative Director of ORIMI. "These pieces are designed to become part of a woman's story, marking the moments that define who she is becoming."

ORIMI arrives in the Hamptons at a moment when collectors are increasingly seeking brands with craftsmanship, authenticity, and cultural significance. While many luxury houses celebrate heritage through European traditions, ORIMI offers a contemporary perspective rooted in West African philosophy while embracing modern sculptural design.

Visitors will discover the brand's signature collections, including:

  • AJÉ, inspired by abundance and feminine power.
  • INÁ, a celebration of transformation, represented through sculptural butterfly forms.
  • ÀWO, exploring wisdom, mystery, and inner knowing.

Each piece is crafted using recycled 18k gold and designed to become a future heirloom, balancing bold architectural forms with timeless elegance.

The Hamptons Jewelry Show has quickly become one of the country's premier direct-to-collector fine jewelry events, bringing together more than 100 exhibitors from around the world and attracting affluent collectors, designers, and luxury enthusiasts throughout the four-day showcase.

Throughout the event, Ade Eke will personally welcome guests, share the inspiration behind ORIMI's collections, and offer private consultations for collectors interested in discovering the stories behind each design.
