Policy applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase and assessment.

- Normal wear, scratches or dents
- Accidental damage, loss or theft
- Misuse, impact stone loss, chain stretch

Repair shipping
Within 7 days of delivery: ORIMI covers inbound and return shipping. After 7 days: client pays insured inbound shipping; ORIMI pays return shipping after an approved repair.
