The majority of our designs are made to order, crafted individually once your order is placed. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production.

A limited selection of pieces may be available for immediate shipment.

Once your piece is complete, it is carefully packaged and dispatched via insured, trackable delivery.

• United States: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• International: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Shipping: Complimentary on all orders

You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

For international deliveries, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, all such items are final sale.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size confirmation
• Personal preference

This includes all rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches, and any customized or engraved pieces.

All ring purchases include a complimentary ring sizer, shipped shortly after your order is placed.

Production begins only once your size has been confirmed.

This process is designed to ensure accuracy, and as such, resizing or exchanges due to incorrect sizing cannot be accommodated.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window—or once production has begun—cancellations are no longer possible.

We stand behind the quality of every Orimi piece.

If your jewel arrives with a potential issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or video
• A brief description

If confirmed as a craftsmanship defect, Orimi will repair or replace the piece at no cost.

If a craftsmanship issue is reported within 7 days, Orimi will cover both return and redelivery shipping.

After 7 days, clients are responsible for insured shipping to our atelier.
Orimi will cover the cost of shipping the repaired piece back to you.
